First of all, you should know that I have always thought that real estate agents are a commodity service – if you’ve seen one you’ve seen them all. For our past two homes we have used an agent who is a friend of mine from high school who gave us a deep discount on his commissions. My wife heard about Heather from a friend and the review was so impressive that I reluctantly agreed to meet with her. Heather literally blew my mind with the package she brought to the table to get our home sold for the best possible price. She had plans for things I had never thought of.
