Neighborhood Hot Spot: Jelly Cafe

Our city hosts an eclectic variety of neighborhoods, each with their own charm and unique restaurants, shops, cafes, breweries and just about everything in between!  This week’s Neighborhood Hot Spot is Capitol Hill’s breakfast treasure, Jelly Cafe!

Let us tell you a little more about why we love them!

Hot Spot: Jelly Cafe

Location:
600 E 13th Ave, Denver, CO 80209

Why:
Jelly is the quintessential neighborhood breakfast spot! It’s fun, friendly and oh so delicious!

Who Says:
Lane Walsh & Heather Pikas

The Atmosphere is:
It is both a classic diner and magic time machine. The nostalgic cereal boxes and retro decor are a treat and reminded us of Saturday morning cartoons!

What to Drink/Eat:
The doughnuts, without a doubt. Our favorites are Mexican Chocolate and the Salted Caramel. The entries are worth not filling up on doughnuts though. The Corn Flake French Toast + Berries is a must try!

Value for the Price?
Great!

Jelly Cafe would be Fabulous for:
A laid-back breakfast with friends and then a walk to any number of wonderful downtown entertainments. The Molly Brown House is practically around the corner!
