There are so many unasked questions we have come across that we dedicated an entire category to these Frequently Unasked Questions or F.U.Q.’s!
Today’s Frequently Unasked Questions looks at a common obstacle in Real Estate: different communication styles. We have experience in understanding the subtle differences in our client’s communication styles. We study our folks. We listen for what they’re saying and what they’re not saying. Then, we use all of this information to help them achieve their real estate goals in a way that feels good.
Some of the ways we approach communication are:
We interview all the decision makers in the process to make sure we have all of the information we need to be the most effective, helpful consultant in this process.
We over-communicate. No matter the communication style, the more info, the better.
We anticipate transaction milestones and provide as much warning and context as possible to help alleviate the discomfort caused by surprises!
We over-communicate. More communication is always better.
We study psychology and human behavior in our spare time. No really, we’re nerds and it’s the most important part of our job. It’s extremely important to us that we meet the communication needs of every type of client we have.
And lastly, we over-communicate. See what we did there?
