Heather helped my wife and I purchase our first home in March 2021. Friends (and the newspapers) told us that finding a good, reasonably priced home in the Denver Metro area would be next to impossible. Heather was great. We looked at 12 houses in two weeks with Heather and her associate, Maureen, who was super responsive in her own right. We found a house we really liked in Westminster, and Heather helped us craft an offer that beat out at least 5 or 6 other offers that were in when we made ours. The home appraised for our purchase price, too, so the strategy was a bit more nuanced than just "spend more money." We would not have known what to do without her.
